Franchise Nullity

Our Law Firm has recently obtained a judgement from the Commercial Court of Huesca declaring a Franchise null, the knowhow of which consisted of a set of information and diagrams directly or indirectly available on the Internet, and where there did not exist a true and proper plan for Franchise expansion and promotion.
